These books are from my husbands collection and he took very good care of the books. He would never even break the spines on the books. Always used a piece of paper to mark his place. They are all in very good condition and all have been read over and over again. no loose pages, no tears, no smells, and no writing or labels. These are nice books. All books are bound in rich, padded deep brown leatherette over boards, with spines in gilt and Louis L'Amour's signature stamped in gilt to front boards. All binding are tight and sound. 
 
Louis Dearborn L'Amour (March 22, xxxx -June 10, xxxx?) was an American author. His books consisted end primarily of Western Novels. However, he also wrote historical fiction, science fiction and nonfiction, as well as short-story collections. Many of his stories were made into movies. L'Amour's books are popular and most have gone through multiple printings. At the time of his death many of his 105 works were in print, and he was considered one of the most popular writers.
